What do Special Education Services and Supports look like at Compass?

At Compass, student success is our goal. The small size of the school, flexible programming, and a supportive learning community promote individual attention to Compass students. By providing engaging learning experiences, opportunities to build on student interests, and specific attention to individual needs, the Compass School aims to help each student develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to succeed in school and beyond.

In alignment with Compass' learning philosophy, the special education program provides support services for individualized specialized instruction, curriculum support, advocacy building and an understanding of individuals' learning differences/profiles in order to recognize, support, nuture and strenghten individuals' specific learning needs.
