Community Service Overview

Community Service is a valuable part of the Compass School experience, and I am honored to be the official community service organizer. 

For aproximately two afternoons a month, our Compass students work with various members of our immeadiate and extended community to be of service.  Some examples of Community Service opportunities are:

• working with elementary school children,
• volunteering with the elderly,
• volunteering on local farms and greenhouses (including Compass' own greenhouse and garden!)
• volunteering in the local book store,
• holding a seat on the Judiciary committee, Student Council, or the Technology Committee
