Science 9-10 SECOND Trimester

CELLs

We will explore cells in detail. The first half of the class is looking at their orgenelles and diversity. The second half is how the multiply and change our lives. We have many visual projects and I hope you enjoy the adventure.

Algebra 2 SECOND Trimester

ALGEBRA 2

We will start with conics. That sounds confusing but following the patterns really helps. Then we will look at quadratics from the equation side not the visual side. (remember:quadratics are parabolla's.) This will lead us to our roots. Okay not ours but the roots of equations.... get it?

Pre-Calculus SENCOND Trimester

It's all about TRIG. We will be looking at trig. functions at first and how the work with a unit circle. We will then look at graphing these functions. (Let's hear it for Kyle's graphing claculator) We will also look at non-right triangles and how to solve them using trig. Finally, if we make it, I would like to explore identities. These are import in Calaculus and we shoudl introduce them.
