_____ Application Fee $50.00
_____ Copy of current IEP or other plan (if applicable)
_____ Homeschooler’s Course Records or other supporting documentation
requested grade placement (if applicable)
We encourage you to apply as early as possible to secure a placement at Compass School. After the March 15 application deadline, applications will be considered on a space-available basis.
