Employment at the Compass School

The Compass School is an innovative, nonprofit, nonsectarian independent day school for area students in grades 7-12. With an ambitious mission and educational philosophy, Compass offers a student-centered culture with a rigorous academic program that simultaneously prepares students for college or for the work-world, while fostering a life-long desire for learning. We currently have 80 students and a faculty of 19 highly skilled professionals. One of the best ways to get connected to Compass is teaching an exploratory on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday afternoon.
